Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

Please Read This Policy Carefully. This Is The Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy of Cherries

1. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect but must want un-boxing full videos without any cuts. The video should start from opening the very first outer package. The damage should be clearly shown in the video. If the product is damaged Reach/Send us video to WhatsApp @+91 8129136317 without valid proof we don’t allow replacement.

2. Damage should be reported to us within 24hrs from receiving the product.

3. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reship the product based on availability.

4. If the particular product in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value of item considering the additional price can be paid

5. We do not provide cash refunds.
Please note that products under the SALE section are not valid for any exchange or return.

6. We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick up the item in the courier service timings which is typically 9am IST to 5pm IST.

7. In case of person unavailability, a total of three attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered.

8. If the courier comes back even after these attempts, the customer will be notified the same and might have to pay the return shipping charges for the courier to be sent once again depending on the circumstances.

9. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.

Damages:

1. Under very rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bent and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
Single stone or two stone missing or fallen as well single pearl or two pearl missing on shipment there was not acceptable for replacement.

2. Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
